The FP notice for my hu*****and was received and he went to the FP on Sep 15 and at the same day he cancelled the FP appointment that he made when we received the I485 receipt.
I did not receive notice(LUD showed the address is undelivable and the writen notice was returned to USCIS. They asked me to call and update my address. I never move and my hu*****and received his notice!!!). After I called them on Sep 15, they said they will remail to me. But I did not receive it yet.
I think I will go the appointment that I made on Sep 29th without notice.
Any suggestions?
ONE IMPORTANT QUESTION: My son is five year old. No one that I know has the kid go to have biomedic information collected. But in his I-485 reciept, he also was asked to make an appointment and I made it. when I called and told them my son only five year old and I did not think he need FP. But the lady told me he need take a picture.
Any similar situation????
