gc card but no I485 approval

I got my gc card on the 9/1/05, but don't receive I485 approval notice, Has anyone have this experience.
my info:
TSC: NIW
140 rd: 2/2004
140 ad: 11/2004
485 rd: 1/2005
fp: 7/2005
gc card received: 9/1/2005

but don't receive I485 approval notice, anyone has this experience?
