Didn't you say just now that your wife got her FP notice? The info should be on her notice. Or if you know the address, go there and ask them to take your FP. Go there early. FP office are closed on Mondays, but open every Saturdays. People there are very nice.

My friend had his FP taken earlier than scheduled. My other friend took it in a different city. They are very reasonable guys.
