We could not see the Canadian police certificate because it would be forwarded to Buffalo from RMCP.
But, I did remember that the fingerprints were taken in a green form at the local police station, then i mailed the green form to the RMCP in Ottawa. I think you should contact Canadian Embassy or Consulate near to where you live in the States to find out the right way to do it.
