It is too bad to

see your case being transferred. The chance is very slim to be interviewed and approved before 10/1 though. you and your hu*****and can still get AP, EAD and change job as often as you want. The local INS office can still interview both of you. But an approval will be held until your hu*****and's PD is current again. Wait a couple of years.Life goes on. Good Luck!
