any movements for our cases are better than no movements at all. It's true that there are very good and very bad cases sent to local offices. However, with your approaching interview date, I feel that it is much better than waiting through the ice period of retrogress. So I hope you best luck, and I hope even my case will be transferred to my local office soon:)
