無論從哪裏，她進入美國都需要有效的簽證，她是加拿大綠卡也要有美國簽證才能進來。但是沒有任何一種非移民簽證適合她（F1,B2),如果她自己能找到雇主辦理H1,到還是可以的，H1不查移民傾向，其他的她都不符合。
