F1 extension? Urgent!!!

Thanks to every one 1st!

I am a F-1 now, I-20 expire this December, but may graduate next May.
My hu*****and's I140 get approved, we just submit the 485 this week (did not know about the extension problem then), no receipt yet.

He is under OPT, will apply for H1 this month, All I need is to have F1 extension and still get the TA one more semester.

Asking for suggestions about this case!
