Futon, I140+485, (COVER LETTER

hi, everyone! I urgently need your advice on the following"

1)I-485 cover letter 是否要準備兩份,一份以自己為principal petitioner/beneficiary,自己簽名,放在自己的I-485材料開頭;另一份以配偶為secondary petitioner/beneficiary,配偶簽名,放在配偶的I-485材料開頭.

我想知道移民局是分別審理自己和配偶的兩份I-485申請,還是一塊審理.

還是隻要一份cover letter 即可,由主申請人聲明此I-485包括自己和配偶,然後分別列出提交的材料,最後由主申請人簽名.

2)如果file I140 + I-485, 我應該是I-485 Application to Adjust Status 還是 I-485 Application to Register Permanent Resident or Adjust Status?
