485, 有類似的嗎

my 485 was approved 4 months ago. My wife's is still pending without any update message. But, Today, she get email from CIS, it shows that her fingerprint result was received on march 12 2005...... Why does CIS send this kind of email after so long time. In general, this kind of email should be received within 1-2 monthes. Does anyone have similar situation?
