Again, many thanks for the patience and help. I need to file to CSC, but not sure which PO box to send to. Laywer replied that the CIS SVC address on I-485 receipt is NOT the right address for AP(I-131) form.

Anyhow, guess you have a different case cuz it's in different SVC.
