謝謝Byparadise, 還想確認一下,在I-140申請中,我既是petitioner 又是 beneficiary. 在I-485申請中,我既是petitioner又是primary beneficiary,老公既是petitioner又 是derivative beneficiary
我的理解對嗎?

In I-485 cover letter, RE: I-485 application to AOS by Dr.XXX, petitioner/primary beneficiary and Dr.XXX's hu*****and, petitioner/derivative beneficiary
