MI, he was waiting for his green card in 2002 and his daughter would be enroll to MI state and could not wait for his green card; so he wrote a letter to his senator explained his bad situation. The senator did intervaned and his application got special handelings, and been approved really soon. His daughetr is a junior in MI state now.
