請問： How to fill I-485 Part 3 A? Question: Were you inspected by a US immigration Officer? Should I mark Yes or NO?

Also, about question in the Form G325A of “This form is submitted in connection with application for … , When I mark the “Status as Permanent Resident”, the other three form mark the Naturalization automatically. Does anyone know why? I downloaded the form.

Called the several Attorneys, all told too much case received. So just try to do it by myself. Thanks you in advance for your help.
