對於範毅禹律師說法的疑問

按範律師所說：排期倒退五年是因為太多的人申請而每一個I-485都占一個名額。而且有很多人一口氣同時申請了好幾個。

可是近兩年的申請案件隻會使排期變成“Non-Current”，而不會算在2000年以前的排期之內。而以EB1和NIW申請的人，有多少會申請了五年還未批準的呢？所以似乎大量的近五年的申請案件本身，如果尚未批準的話，應該是不會造成排期回溯五年多的。

我是覺得隻有已經得到批準的案件和2000年以前的申請案件才會造成現在的排期，而近期的申請是不會影響這個排期的具體日期的。

希望能搞清這個問題，也能對排期的進展有個大概的預測，歡迎討論。
