還是工卡問題

485 pending申請工卡，得到批準，收到工卡。但是並沒有使用它去工作獲得收入，這種情況下H4的非移民身份是否會有影響。是否一旦向CIS申請了工卡，不論你是否工作都會失去非移民身份？
