how dismissed case will affect

my I485 aproval? My I140 was approved. I485 is pending.
The case is domestic violence. Arrested, went to court.Dismissed but did couselling.

My wife and I quarreled. An American called the police. THe American told that I slapped my wife. So the arrest record is "slapping".
