I filed under both NIW and EB1-b. I have two sets of letters for them, slightly different in some wordings.

They are in two packages, with two petition letters.

Tell you what, I heard that some guys in INS will take care of NIW category, some will do the other category. So possibly your applications go to two different group of officers.
