Hi, There,

I have got I-140 approved, J-1 waiver from the Department of State, and waiting in USCIS. In this situation, if I can apply I-485 before 1 Oct. I believe I can get J-1 waiver by USCIS during 2 weeks. I hesitate if I should hand out I-485, I am warried about reject by USCIS. I hope everyboby can give me a kindly advise.
