Dear Sister or brother,

I have experience about appeal. It might take forever. I-140 was recieved on Juli 23, 2003. It was rejected on July, 2004. I payed 1000 bucks for appeal. I got appeal decision on May,2005. The decision was sent back to TSC for re-evluation on May 4, 2005. This is one of best results for appeal. I have to withdraw my case because I apply again in March 25, 2005. My I-1485 got aprroved last week.According my research, less 25% case could win the appeal. It takes years to reach a decision.
I do not know you situation. It is not a good way to appeal.Think hard to appeal or apply again.
