If you are pregrant, you certainly can do medical examination except X-ray & MMR and Chicken Pox vaccines. The doctor will put remark on the report why you can not do X-Ray & vaccines for the time being. The doctor willl give you the report and you can still sent this report with your I485 application.

After baby arrives and before interview, you need to do the missing X-ray and get missing vaccines and bring the report for the interview. That's my docotr told me.
