Help needed

新手上路，還請大俠們多多指教。

我知道I-140 是綠卡申請，I-485是轉換身份，EAD是勞工卡。但我不明白什麽勞工卡與H1有什麽關係，也不很清楚它們之間的關係。那位大俠能給掃盲以下或給個聯結。
