那個cut-off date 是以郵戳為準還是以receive date為準？還有為什麽會影響eb1? 我周
圍file eb1的都在1年左右拿到，從沒有backlog阿. 怎麽會一下子就回到2000年了呢？難
道以後不分category了？eb1 不用申請勞工卡，哪來的PD啊？ 按照新規定，怎麽知道什麽時候可以file 485呢？
