Her F1 won't be affected if she already submitted the COS (change of status) by 485. It is okay to submit 485 right now before the deadline. The drawback of submitting 485 is, she won't be able to extend or change her F1 in the future.


現在遞交和以後遞交有無本質差別?
Big difference. Right now she is allowed to submit I485, after 10/1/05, she can only submit I485 when her PD after the 排期，就是說，比如她的優先日期是０５年１０月１日，她隻能等到排期到了那一天才能遞交４８５，１０月１日後的排期在２０００年，就是說PD是２０００年的才可以遞交４８５，別的人都要等這排期前進到他的PD才可以。
