If you just sent in ur medicals and right of landing fees in July, I think you don't need to worry about it yet. I have read in several forums about this, and people who had done that like 3 monthes before you haven't got their passport request letter yet. I think because of the summer (people take vacations and stuff) it slows down the process just a bit. Hopefully, you can received that letter in a couple monthes. Good luck.
