關鍵是準備好充分的材料.聽說I_140現在好多被直接據掉,不給RFE的機會.
我與congressman ocffice管移民事務的談了,他們說不會等幾年時間.關鍵是還有多少在你前麵的case剩下.也許過幾個月,就會回到正常狀態了.
我的律師也給了我相似的回答:
The retoprgression of numbers that will set in on Oct. 1 may be - hopefully - short-lived. I think they overdid it trying the speed things up I-485 processing and now want to put a temporary hold on it to catch up (and probably to reassign people temporarily to H-1B petitions which have flooded in this summer). It may become current again in a couple of months.
