律師已經準備好了我的I40和I485但他隻FILE

了i40,說 暫時不能file I485，因為沒有名額，但是 我看這裏的人都說要可以趕在10-1之前file I40,485，請問到底是怎樣一回事情?多謝！
另外請問申請EAD和AP是否需要在file485後才行？這兩項是否都一定能申請到？謝謝大家。
