To my knoweledge, if everything is OK, you will be OK. You can still file OPT and H1-B. However, if there is something worg with your 140 application, you still can keep F-1 but not transfer is allowed. Also H1-B applciation will be in trouble; It is possible that you must go outside of USA for H1-B visa application. In that case, the chance to be approval becomes very small because you have filed GC applicatin.
