我2003年9月申請OB(I-140和I-485申請同時遞交, EB1-b)，2004年10月我的I-140批準，2004年4月和2005年8月作了兩次FP，但是我的485到現在還沒有消息。我和老婆今年結婚 （在我的I-140 approval後），我的問題是: 我老婆該不該遞交485, EAD, AP before 01,oct.，

我的485排期會不會受老婆的排期影響？多謝指教！

Answer:
1. Your 485 will not be affected by your wife's.
2. From my understanding, your 140 submission date will be regarded as the PD for both your couple's 485 cases.
