My lawyer ask me to forget

about Oct.1. And he said since a lot of people are rushing to file 140/485, there must be a huge number to be rejected. And for NIW, if you are rejected, you cannot apply it again. (but I never heard about it). And he's very sure to say the cutoff dates will soon come to current in one year.
