I got the I-140 approved notice 4 years ago, but it said they need more information in the website of INS Neb.center when I just use the I-140 approved notice file number to check my former I-140 status.
My question is if the former company withdrew the I-140 application for me after the I-140 approved, can I use the old priority date(EB2 former company) to apply the I-485(EB3 current company)?
