thanks a lot. But as this damn retrogression is here, I am afraid that I do not have enough time to wait for the 140 result. I have to make a decision before 10/1, either taking the risk of the denial of 140 and out-of-status, or the risk of separating my case from my wife's now. dilemma. ~
