我一個多月前交的I-140 NIW，現在還沒批，當時表裏的Part 4. Processing Information下的4. Are any other petition(s) or application(s) being filed with this Form I-140?條款，我選了No.但現在聽說那個綠卡排期的新聞搞得我緊張起來，想在這幾天也就是10月1日前遞上I-485，這種情況行嗎？是否還算concurrent？

還有，我是否加遞一個EB1-A好一些呢？這綠卡真害人，幹苦活熬青春，有時感到很氣憤想一跑了之，但孩子回不去啊。
