can I change job?

If I submit 140 and 485 by Oct. 1 with NIW, within the years, can I apply and land a faculty position?
Will the 140 be valid if approved since the job title has to be changed from the current postdoctor to assistant professor if I win it. Next month I will have an onsite review, and will have some in Nov. thanks
