沒收到I-140receipt,能現在file I-485？

我們申請NIW. 9月4號寄出的I-140.我本來要I-140和I-485一起交，律師說那樣容易亂，
先交I-140,拿到收據再交I-485.我看到移民局已經把我check在9月9號取了，我的銀行在
網上可以看到自己付給別人的check,我在check後麵看到I-140 case number. 用這個
number在移民局網站也能查到我的case. 但現在還沒收到physical I-140 receipt. 希望
這周收到。萬一有什麽差錯，我能先交I-485嗎？I-140的case number我已經知道了.
