U might be right to say more than "a couple of months" this time. But 4 or 5 years delay--the feeling dominating this forum--is way too conservative.

It may take several months or 1 year for the bureaucrats to clean up those cases resulting in current retrogression. Well, even under normal situation, most people have to wait for months or years to get case processed...
