There are two kinds of people who were hit hard on the disturbing news. One is 485 pending, the other is 485 not filed yet.
For the first kind, 485 approval could take year but they can change employment at will; for the second kind, basically they have to stay with current job or restart the GC process through new employer or forget about GC.

I wish my 485 is pending but it's not filed yet. I am one of you who was between a rock and a hard place. I hope for the best and prepare for the reality.

For the same purpose, I wish you can share your thoughts or experiences on this. No hard feeling.
