I-485 document: Marriage cerit

Hello,

According to the Instruction of I-485
copy of marriage ceritificate is ok for INS.

But we chinese only have Nortorized Marriage certificate and Notorized Birth certificate.
Should we submit the ORIGINAL Nortorized Marriage certificate and birth certificate? I have just only one copy left.

Can we submit the photocopy of "Nortorized Marriage certificate" and "Notorized Birth certificate"?
