H-1B六年即將到期, 若LC年底批準, 請問怎麽延H-1B

現在出現排期, 140和485不能同時遞, 若隻交140, 且H-1B六年已到, 怎麽保持身份? 還是按LC PENDING一年那樣延H-1B嗎?
