3. No. For EB1a or NIW categories, you don't need to file Form I-130.

4. I forgot the source which I found my SOC from. Do GOOGLE search! Should not be that hard to find yours!

5. Federal tax records should be enough this time. You can provide more tax evidence later in case they require so.
