有沒有可能在美國辦出生公證?

出來的時候沒辦出生公證,現在讓國內的家人朋友辦估計來不及, 有沒有可能拿著護照什麽的在美國當地找個公證員辦個出生公證呢? 有沒有人有經驗呢?
