It is a piece of cake. find a local lawyer from the yellow book or in google, or ask your colleagues to get a good local attorney. Attorney don't charge too much, almost same as your fine. They have special relation with cops and judges. I can confirm you that the cop will not show up at the specified court date, and judge will dismiss your case without any charge. The advantage is you don't have any record. However, you have to pay lawyers instead of court & insurance.

Good Luck. It is an expensive lesson. When you go to court, you will find hundreds of people are waiting over there for paying the traffic ticket, most of them are poor guys. Moreover, several lawyer is holding hundreds of ticket receipt to dispute with prosecutor one by one. Each case just takes 3 minuets. It is really a quick money for a lawyer. Generally, prosecutor just have jokes with your lawyer about your case and never put it seriously. You can say the crow here are as black as those in china. take it easy.
