My problem is that the damn lawyer believed we have to withdraw my petition first and refile it. If so, I am worried if I have to apply for the labor certificate again. Then I not only have waisted my 6 months waiting for I-140, but will need more time to start from scratch.
Any good suggestions? Thanks.
