He can not use the previous company's letterhead. This is very serious matter. Image Li Kaifu using Microsoft letter head to recommend someone while he is working for Google???

One of my clients received a RFE and one of the item asks him to explain. One reference was a former asssociation chair, and he used the asscoation letterhead. INS asked why he was still using that letterhead.
