Be careful when filling form

I do not have experience, but I guess you put more detailed job descriptions in your 140 for EB2-NIW, which was otherwise not necessary. That might give immigration officer an impression that your category belongs to EB3 via LC. The detalied job description is not necessary for EB2-NIW and EB1-a 140 application but is required for category with LC.

Be careful when you fill the form, do not put unnecessary or irrelavant infor which may be misleading.
