Please send me a copy of your RFE notice, your CV, a list of already submitted evidence, a list of new possible evidence (including recom letters), and a previous submitted petition letter to my email account. Let me analyze your case first and then give my suggestions.
Anyway, do not give up. Somebodies just submitted more recomm letters, they still got their case approved. Try to prepare your RFE response letter as better as you can. Maybe you will have your luck.
