I just got my I-140 approved last month (NIW) with Peng Fang's help.My 485 is still pending. He asked me to write personal statement first. He wrote the petition letter based on your personal statement. He also checked all my recommendation letters for me. I don't think it really matters whether your recommenation letters written first, or petition letter written first.He is a nice guy and he knows our lives are not easy. The fee is not expensive and I only paid $1500 before I140 got approved. I just paid another $2000 after I140 got approved.I called him whenver I have a question.My hu*****and's friend recommended him to me after her NIW got approved.
