我 的 律 師 幫 我 同 時 遞 交 了 OR + NIW 申 請 。 我 的 485 是 隨 OR 的 。 請 教 各 位 高 人 ， 假 如 我 的 NIW 先 批 準， 能 否 把 485 從 OR 轉 到 NIW 上? 有 沒 有 什 麽 影 響? 謝 謝 回 答
