我問了我的律師，他們建議我去試試Jackson Mississipi 或者Houston.他們也沒有更好的辦法。你的律師給你的反饋了嗎？

你看移民局的網葉上的notices了嗎？ It says:

USCIS Continues Operations After Hurricane Katrina
USCIS is aware of the impact that Hurricane Katrina has had on some of our customers, especially the immigrant communities of the Gulf Coast. We are reviewing processes that will allow us to continue our operations and ensure that immigrants are able to receive benefits and services. Those immigration services and related guidance will be posted here when available.
