我的H1b會被拒絕嗎？

由學校轉公司，公司申請的I129， I797表上寫著Received date: Aug 9, 2005, Notice Date: Aug 11, 2005. 在網上的case status: Your I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was received on August 11, 2005. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. 我也已經受到審理通知，俺沒有北美學位，據說USCIS已經拒絕Aug10日的申請了。請問我的case 是Aug9 還是Aug11，危險嗎？正常的話多長時間能批？
